Our delegate rates include very generous hot buffet lunches, including vegetarian, vegan and Halal choices. On both mornings of the event we offer a light buffet breakfast with a selection of delicious items to enable you to arrive earlier, stress free, choose your seat and then have a bite to eat and drink and network with your peers.
We provide generous refreshment breaks and a great evening cocktail reception at the end of the first day…and all at a leading business-class venue situated just minutes from the world’s best connected airport!

START-UP companies can claim from 12.5% to 50% discount, depending upon how long they have been in business. Contacting us via our contact form page, there is limited availability.
Press and Media:
We have a limited number of free passes available for qualifying press and media outlets.
We define a media outlet as a broadcasting channel providing news, information and feature stories by way of newspapers and magazines (printed or online), social media, television and radio.
This definition does not extend to ‘Insights Firms’, i.e. organisations who provide market intelligence, industry reports, research, data analysis or consultancy services. However, we would be pleased to discuss mutually beneficial terms to Insights Firms, including discounted or even free entry. Please contact us via the email link below to start a conversation!
