Entry to the whole event and sessions for 3 days. Single day tickets are not expected to be available. Does not include any technical workshops which may be organized and for which separate registration may be required.

Limited availability. For the carbon sector there is a maximum attendance of 2 persons from each carbon company or related group, unless they are a sponsor-exhibitor of this event – special offers available, contact us.

Concession Group 1: Airlines & Other Aircraft Operators (Commercial)

Eligibility:  This category is only for employees of airlines and other operators possessing an AOC. Concession excludes delegates from 3rd parties who perform work for (or representing) the operator, private and military operators. Limited availability.

Concession Group 2:  Airlines & Other Aircraft Operators (Commercial) – from Developing Countries only

Eligibility:  This category is only for employees of airlines and other operators possessing an AOC registered in one of these ICAO categories: LDCs, LLDCs, SIDS (check for your country here). Concession excludes delegates from 3rd parties who perform work for (or representing) the operator, private and military operators. Limited availability.

Concession Group 3:  Infrastructure, Fuel Companies & OEM

Eligibility:  This category is only for employees of airports, air navigation service providers, equipment and aerospace OEM manufacturers, ground / cargo handlers, fuel / SAF makers and distributers. Fuel suppliers must physically make or deliver SAF or other fuels. Category excludes financiers / investors, users of fuel /SAF who should use the relevant categories.

Limited availability. Maximum attendance of 2 persons from each Fuel / SAF company or related group, unless they are a sponsor-exhibitor of the event – special offers available, contact us.

Concession Group 4:  Industry Associations, Government, NGOs & Educational Organisations

Eligibility:  This category is only for delegates from aviation associations and other industry associations with members, governments, regulators, non-profits and educational establishments. This category excludes carbon, fuel and IT non-profits organisations, except industry associations (excluding their members).

Limited availability. A maximum of 3 persons can register from the same organisation, unless agreed with us in writing pre-registration.

Concession Group 5:  NGOs & Educational Organisations – small (under £2 million income), self-paying students

Eligibility:  This category is only for delegates from non-governmental associations, educational establishments – all with a maximum annual income of £2.0 / €2.5 / US$3.0 millions per annum. Also included are self-paying students whose ticket will not be paid by an educational establishment or other sponsor. This category excludes carbon, fuel and IT non-profits organisations, except industry associations (excluding their members).

Limited availability. A maximum of 3 persons can register from the same organisation, unless agreed with us in writing pre-registration.

Accredited Press & Media

We have a limited number of free passes available for qualifying press and media outlets. To request accreditation, please email: comms@www.aviationcarbon.aero – please note that if you register before being accredited, your registration may be automatically charged at the full commercial ticket price.

Limited availability. A maximum of 2 persons can register from the same organisation, unless agreed with us in writing pre-registration, or are a media partner to this event.

 

Private and Military Operators

Entry to the whole event and sessions for 3 days. Single day tickets are not expected to be available. Does not include any technical workshops which may be organized and for which separate registration may be required.

This category is only for employees of private operators not possessing an AOC, and for military aircraft operators. Category excludes delegates from 3rd parties who perform work for (or representing) the operator. Maximum of 4 registrations permitted per operator.

Price £1300 +VAT for 3 days. Pricing subject to change without notification.

 

 

“What’s included in my ticket ?”

Our delegate rates include very generous hot buffet lunches, including vegetarian, vegan and Halal choices. On all mornings of the event we offer a light buffet breakfast with a selection of delicious items to enable you to arrive earlier, stress- free, choose your seat and then have a bite to eat and drink and network with your peers.

Other services and expenses are not included in the ticket price. Hotel accommodation is not included in the ticket price, it must be booked and paid for separately by the delegate.

Yes! We offer some great discounts to those booking early, as much as 37%, subject to availability, so be sure to order now!

 

“What about Airlines and other aircraft operators ?”

Thanks to the great support of our sponsors and partners, a wide range of discounts are available including reductions of 100% for up to 2 delegates per qualifying airline / operator, and a 50% discount for a further 2 persons from the same airline / AOC. There is very limited availability so please ensure that you order your tickets today!

If you haven’t already received an airline discount code from Normec Verifavia, GreenAir News, Green Aviation or our industry partners, you can request an airline discount via our Airline Discount Application Form at this link: https://www.aviationcarbon.aero/airline-application/

Discounts can not be combined across discount code partners nor accumulated: qualifying airline / operators can only claim 2 of 100%, and 2 of 50% discounts, respectively. They are allocated on a first apply, first serve basis. For example, whilst a Verifavia discount can be used as well as another partner discount, in the sum total the cannot in total exceed the 2 + 2 limit referenced above for any airline / operator / AOC or related group.

 

“Any offers for START-UP companies ?”

Yes! START-UP companies can claim from 10% right up to a huge 50% discount, depending upon how long they have been in business. Contacting us to request more information via our contact form page, there is limited availability.
