Thanks to the great support of our sponsors and partners, a wide range of discounts are available including reductions of 100% for up to 2 delegates per qualifying airline / operator. There is very limited availability. If you haven’t already received an airline discount code from our industry partners, you can request an airline discount via our Airline Discount Application Form.

Discounts can not be combined across discount code partners nor accumulated: qualifying airline / operators can only claim 2 of 100%.  They are allocated on a first apply, first serve basis.

No. To ensure delegates benefit from the full programme, single‑day tickets are not offered.

Each ticket category has clear eligibility criteria on the registration page. If you’re unsure, contact us before booking to ensure you receive the correct rate.

Incorrect use of a concession category will be automatically charged at the full commercial rate. If in doubt, please check with us before completing your registration.

Yes. Some categories have attendance caps (e.g., carbon companies, SAF producers, NGOs). These limits help maintain balanced representation across the sector.

Yes, a limited number of free passes are available for qualifying media and are subject to approval. Please register via the media pass ticket type above.

Yes. All ticket prices are subject to UK VAT, regardless of the delegate’s country of origin.
