Thanks to the great support of our sponsors and partners, in addition to the Early Bird and similar discounts, we also have a limited number of 100% concessions for up to 2 delegates per qualifying airline / operator, and a 50% concession for a further 2 persons from the same airline / operator.

Please co-ordinate your attendance with your work colleagues to ensure the discounts are used fairly across the airline such as operations, finance, SAF, environment, government affairs, etc. If in doubt, contact us!

If you haven’t already received an airline discount code from Normec Verifavia, GreenAir News, Green Aviation or our industry partners, you can request an airline discount via our Airline Discount Application Form below.

NB:  discounts cannot be combined or accumulated across our discount code partners:  qualifying airlines / operators can only claim two tickets of 100%, and two tickets of 50% discounts in TOTAL, across all our partner channels, including from us directly. Discounts are allocated on a first apply, first serve basis. For airlines / operators which have multiple AOCs in their group, a total of 2 AOCs shall qualify for these discounts, unless otherwise agreed in writing via registration@www.aviationcarbon.aero

This means, for example, if your airline has already registered 2 persons using a Normec Verifavia 100% discount code, its staff cannot additionally use any other 100% discount codes from any other partner or ourselves, or vice-versa, if you use our 100% discount codes, you cannot obtain extra concessionary tickets by using the Normec Verifavia codes. In other words, the sum total of discounted tickets for an aircraft operator cannot in total exceed the 2 of 100% and 2 of 50% limit, unless otherwise agreed in writing via registration@www.aviationcarbon.aero
