Videos – terms & conditions of use
Terms of use of this Aviation Carbon 2024 video and audio recording and Google’s auto-generated subtitles:
1. The recordings are the copyright of Aviation Carbon Events Ltd. Any presentations are the copyright of their respective owners and displayed at the event with the owners’ permission.
2. They are made available to you, as a person who registered for Aviation Carbon 2024 and attended, but only to view on this website, under license.
3. You are not permitted to share the link for any wider distribution, nor download the videos or audio, nor copy the videos or audio, nor transcribe to text, nor copy the subtitles, nor extract the content in any other manner, nor any other use without out our express and written permission. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
4. In case of doubt, or to request authorisation of the recordings for a different purpose, please contact us at https://www.aviationcarbon.aero/contact-us/
5. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you should not proceed to watch or listen to this nor any of the recordings from this event.
How do I register to access the videos?
To ensure that only authorised users can view the videos, you will need to complete the video access registration form and inform us of your YouTube login email address and let us know which of the video(s) below you wish to view, up to a maximum of 5 videos. For airlines/operators with complimentary tickets for the event, only one applicant per airline / operator will be granted video access.
We will then add you to the user list. You can watch each requested video an unlimited number of times, until 31 January 2025.
If you wish to view a video, but do not have a YouTube login, you will need to create one and then share it with us using the video access registration form.
Please allow 2 UK working days to enable your access.
If you require access to more than 5 videos, you can obtain a license, please request further details via the comment section at the end of the video access registration form.
How do I use the links and videos?
Sessions are grouped into the half-days, as presented below.
Click on a link below and you will be directed to the relevant video on our private YouTube site.
To ensure that only authorised users can view the videos, you will need to register your YouTube login email address, please refer to the previous section, above.
Subtitles and translation to other languages
If you wish to see subtitles in English each video has a ‘CC’ icon in the bottom right panel. Clicking on this will use Google’s AI to provide subtitles in English, or your chosen language. Please note they are not 100% accurate, use at your own discretion, we are not liable for any errors.
To change language / auto-translate, click the nearby gear icon / settings, then Subtitles/CC settings and choose your language. Please note they are not 100% accurate, use at your own discretion, we are not liable for any errors.
