HOW TO ORDER TICKETS
– Select the relevant ticket category below, for example “Airlines & Aircraft Operators”
– Select 1 or more passes, then click on “Order Now” and you will proceed to the next page.
– If you have a discount code, click the box next to the label “I have a discount code” and enter your code, ensuring that there are no empty spaces before or after the code.
– Next, click APPLY the code, the price will then be adjusted to the correct amount. UK VAT of 20% will be added automatically.
– Continue the rest of the registration process. At the end, you are offered 2 payment methods: credit card or invoice / bank transfer.
– Once your registration / order is completed, you will be offered a link to the reserve your rooms at the Marriott under our group rate or a choice of other hotels in the area. Further information is available on our dedicated web page at: https://aviationcarbon.aero/venue/
– If you require an invitation letter, it will normally be sent within 2 working days of your registration.

This category is only for EMPLOYEES of airlines, cargo and business jet fleet operators who possess a DISCOUNT code. Your registration request will be sent to our queue where it will be validated. We try to do this the same day, but it may take longer when we receive many requests. Thank you for your patience. This category EXCLUDES corporate and private jet operators, as well as delegates from third parties / representatives / agents / consultants / brokers / consolidators performing work for the operator, who should all register under the Other Commercial Sectors category. |
